is provided by default.

Different methods are available for the generation:

• Customizing for elements

• Customer-specific ABAP classes and methods

• BRFplus functions

• Default values from TOE Plausibility-Checks  

The generation of data depends technically on the Object Type.

A generation class must be entered in Customizing for Object Type (within the position types) so that the functionality can be called.

The generation classes are usually developed in the customer namespace but are based on standard Secat generation classes (See Generating Element Values (H)).
