This section explains the execution of certain tasks that are mainly performed with transaction SARA. To note: each task performed from here is executed as an order/job by default. Either immediate or scheduled execution can be selected for each task. Some tasks trigger an automatic follow-up task, more specifically the "write task", if the appropriate customization is made. If this is the case, it is explicitly mentioned in the corresponding section. For extended documentation, the SAP Help documentation can be consulted.
Analysis
After entering SARA, you can always display a list of all (past and current) jobs for the current archiving object using the "Job" toolbar function. Here, the respective spool of completed tasks can be displayed.
To get there, the following steps are necessary:
Marking a job in the list using the leftmost checkbox
Click on Spool in the application toolbar
Click in the Type column on the ABAP List button
At this point, you can see the original output of the report that processed the task with the current job. This depends individually on the task performed. The maximum output consists of:
