To be able to search and display archived specifications, the archiving suite provides a special view of the standard QPPD cockpit, the so-called archive cockpit. After opening transaction /SCT/QPPD_ARC, it is possible to search for specifications in specific ARCIDs or even across all existing ones in the current system. Found specifications are listed as usual in the tree view on the left side and can be browsed completely, always reflecting the state of customizing that was present when the specification was archived. Of course, all editing functions are disabled here. However, if a loaded specification is to be restored, this can be done via the context menu of the root node (using right-click and Restore from archive).
