To be able to use the material master app (MM app), the following customizing settings must be made in the SAP standard.

Definition of the screen sequences

Call up transaction OMT3B. The displayed view cluster shows all screen sequences. A new screen sequence number ZQ must be created, which can be copied from screen sequence number 01 or 21.

  1. Select the newly created screen sequence number ZQ and open the corresponding data screens.

  2. Create two new screen numbers QP "Product" and Q2 "Technical Production" as follows:

  3. For both data screens, corresponding settings must be made for the subscreens, whereby the respective entries must be changed in the "Technical Production" data screen at sequence number 3 and in the "Product" data screen at sequence number 2 so that information from the QPPD can be displayed.

Execute transaction OMT3E.

Add the screen sequence ZQ as follows:

If a material type other than ZQP is used, the screen reference must be changed to ZQP under "material type screen reference".
